Case Management
Transportation
Follow-Up Care
Financial Assistance
Basic services to assist individuals with accessing services within their local communities to address
personal needs, treatment and/or financial support.
Individuals can request transportation to local churches within the community and occasionally to enter into Substance Abuse treatment facilities.
Direct contact with individuals face to face or by phone with words of encouragement , support , agape love, and prayer up to a year.
Monetary assistance to individuals who may need support from the Ministry for food , or basic living needs. Financial support on a as needed basis and when funds are available to assist .
Biblical Counseling
Counseling with licensed ministers to address issues regarding your spiritual relationship with God through prayer, scripture and fasting.
​Prayer Services
Treatment Referrals
24 hour prayer services to individuals who seek prayer, through telephone and face to face contact.
Referrals can be made to local treatment facilities or programs within the community by outreach members.
